The news

As you may know, I’m kind of a news junky. I receive four different morning news e-mail updates a day and two evening news e-mails. I’ve been a subscriber to the Wall Street Journal for close to four years and have received Fortune magazine for one year longer than that. Needless to say, I try to stay up on current events happening both domestically and globally.

This news obsession leads me to find new ways read and share news. Because of this, I just added two ways that all of you can see what I have been reading and also read some of these articles. First, you can notice that I added a news feed section on the right side of my blog. These are articles that I’ve received via an RSS feed at somepoint throughout the day. You can see both the name of the story and the source it comes from. Secondly, I’ve added a news feed page on my main site that will handle any non-RSS stories I read. I am using Google’s Reader for the first and del.icio.us for the second.

One easy way to read these is if you use an RSS reader. You can pull the one on the right of this page by clicking on the Read More link and then adding the RSS from there. One the second one, you can visit my page either on my site or at my del.icio.us page. You can add the RSS feed to that page from there. I hope you all enjoy these new news links from the world of BGerdin.com!
