One down . . .
Last night, Brad was at a rehearsal for the show Into the Woods from 7-10:15. It was a very long time to be playing, but he hardly played while there. The music was typical orchestra music where the trumpets play half of the songs half of the time. So now that he made it though one rehearsal, he has one more this week and then gets owned next week.
Another crazy thing that Brad learned yesterday is that one of his good friends from high school, Mike Cypull, just got engaged. He has been dating this girl for quite a long time so it was kind of expected. It’s just crazy to think of him married. Boy how time flies.
This weekend the whole Gerdin family is going up north to Trout Lake Camp for the annual Elim Baptist Family retreat. Brad’s family has been going up to trout for this retreat for his entire life. He is really looking forward to getting away and relaxing.
Thought of the day: Is there a contradiction in the passages of 1 Kings 19:14-21 and Luke 9:51-62??
You stole my deep thought!
Grr… there is no contradiction in the two verses because they have absolutely nothing to do with each other.
Second, you’re playing for Into the Woods? When are the showings to that? I’ve heard it’s a cool play.
